Located near Hurricane Lake Estates and Springhill School on Springhill Road. This new residential development will have 30 lots, many lots will be more than 205 feet deep. This will allow homes to be further from the street and larger back yards. Harper’s Landing is located in the Bryant School District. Hope Consulting prepared concept layouts and processed the tentative map for this 14 acre planned residential community in Bryant, Arkansas. In addition to preparing improvement plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided land surveying, and will provide construction staking services throughout the project.
