This project is located in Little Rock. This project will be completed in early 2019. Hope Consulting was selected by Nelson Architecture Group to handle Civil Improvements on this site. Hope Consulting completed topographic survey and located all utilities. Hope Consulting designed a new parking lot, replaced the old failing parking lot, and new transitions, ramps to enter the building. Hope Consulting, Inc. will provide construction staking services throughout the project.

Bryant School District: Salem Elementary Sewer Force Main
Bryant, Arkansas
This project provides City Sewer to Salem Elementary School via Benton Utilities. This force main is over one mile in length and starts at Salem Elementary School and ends near Dogwood Lake apartments.
Bryant School District: Hurricane Creek Elementary Site Improvements
Bryant, Arkansas
Hope Consulting provided civil design for a new access road to Shady Trail to help with traffic flow. Hope Consulting also provided civil drainage improvement design for the playground area.

Kerrville, Texas
This commercial development recently was approved for construction in Kerrville, Texas. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water and storm drainage design.
Union Pacific RR Design
El Dorado, Arkansas
Hope Consulting, Inc. prepared design layouts for new switches, 4,250 feet of new track, and redesign existing track. Hope Consulting recieved full approval through Union to meet all requirements for plan submittal, processing, and approval.
Hampton Inn
Conway, Arkansas
Hope Consulting, Inc. is currently designing a 94 room 4 story Civil Plan for Hampton Inn in Conway, Arkansas. In addition to preparing improvement plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. will provide land surveying, construction staking services and coordination with the City of Conway and Conway Corp to meet all requirements for plan submittal, processing, and approval.
