The Vineyard is located on Severn Landing Road in Benton, Arkansas. This residential community is developed by Gary Kennedy of Kennedy Development, LLC . Phase 1 of this development is now complete. Home construction started in December 2017. The lots average 1 acre in size. The Vineyard will have a common area near the pond with a playground. The Vineyard is located in the Bryant School District. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water and storm drainage design. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided Land Surveying and Construction Staking throughout the development.
