Salt Creek Estates is on Highway 5 in Benton near the intersection of Salt Creek Road. This subdivision is in the Benton School District. This subdivision will have half acre size lots and up. This residential community is developed by Gary Kennedy of Kennedy Development, LLC . Construction is now under way and will be completed by summer 2019. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, sewer, drainage, water and storm drainage design. Hope Consulting, Inc. will provide Land Surveying and Construction Staking throughout the development. Hope Consulting will also provide all construction management and Community Representation needed to get this subdivision through the approval process.
