Pinewood Subdivision is located near Joseph Drive in Alexander, Arkansas. This subdivision will have very large lots ranging from .92 Acres to 1.39 Acres. The typical size being 140 feet wide by 285 feet deep. Pinewood is located in the Bryant School District. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water, sewer treatment facility design, sewer infrastructure design and storm drainage. Hope Consulting, Inc. will provide Land Surveying and Construction Staking throughout the development. Hope Consulting will also provide all construction management and Community Representation needed to get this subdivision through the approval process. This project will start construction in November 2015.
