Located on Interstate 30 in Benton, Arkansas. From beginning to end Hope Consulting had full approval from the City on all civil plans in 30 days on this tight time line. This project, including entitlement work, demo, grading, drainage, water, sewer, storm drain plans, and construction staking. 

   PTI Physical Therapy Institute Little Rock, AR

 This project on Hinson Loop Road in Little Rock was completed in 2016. Hope Consulting prepared all civil plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. will provided construction staking services throughout the project. Hope Consulting was the owners representative in getting all approvals and permits through the City and State. 

   Riggs Outdoor Benton, Arkansas

This project is located on Interstate 30 in Benton, Arkansas. This project has was approved by the City of Benton and completed in 2019. Hope Consulting prepared all civil plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc.  provided construction staking services throughout the project. Hope Consulting was the owners representative in getting all approvals and permits through the City and State.

  Hampton Inn    Conway, Arkansas

Hope Consulting, Inc. completed a 94 room 4 story Civil Plan for Hampton Inn in Conway, Arkansas. In addition to preparing improvement plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided land surveying, construction staking services and coordination with the City of Conway and Conway Corp to meet all requirements for plan submittal, processing, and approval.

   Everett Volkswagen    Rogers, Arkansas

This project is located in Rogers, Arkansas. Hope Consulting was selected by Black, Corley, Owens & Hughes, P.A. to handle Civil Improvements on this site. Black, Corley, Owens & Hughes, P.A. Hope Consulting completed all civil plans including entitlement work, demo, grading, drainage, water, sewer, storm drain plans, and construction staking. 

Crye-Leike Commercial Offices Bryant, AR

This project will be located on Highway 5 in Bryant, Arkansas next to Heartland Bank. Hope Consulting prepared all civil plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. will provide construction staking services throughout the project. This project is expected to be complete in January 2019. Hope Consulting was the owners representative in getting all approvals and permits through the City and State.

   Ditch Witch   Little Rock, AR

This project is located on I-30 near Alexander, Arkansas. This project was approved by the City of Little Rock and was completed in 2022. Hope Consulting prepared all civil plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided construction staking services throughout the project. Hope Consulting was the owners representative in getting all approvals and permits through the City and State.

Kerrville, Texas

This commercial development recently was approved for construction in Kerrville, Texas. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water and storm drainage design.

Bryant, Arkansas

This project is located on Reynolds Road in Bryant, Arkansas. This project has been approved by the City of Benton and will be completed in early 2019. This project is located in Kerr, Arkansas. This project was completed in 2021. Hope Consulting was selected by the Insurance Auto Group to provide civil site design, surveying, and on site direction throughout construction. Union Pacific RR Design
El Dorado, Arkansas

Hope Consulting, Inc. prepared design layouts for new switches, 4,250 feet of new track, and redesign existing track. Hope Consulting recieved full approval through Union to meet all requirements for plan submittal, processing, and approval.
