This project is located on I-30 near Alexander, Arkansas. This project was approved by the City of Little Rock and was completed in 2022. Hope Consulting prepared all civil plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided full construction services throughout the project. Hope Consulting was the owners representative in getting all approvals and permits through the City and State.
