Hope Consulting, Inc. prepared concept layouts and processed the tentative map for this 13.75 acre planned residential community in the City of Shannon Hills. In addition to preparing improvement plans for this project, including grading, drainage, water, sewer and storm drain plans. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided land surveying, construction staking services and coordinated with the City of Shannon Hills to meet all requirements for plan submittal, processing, and approval.
