The Pointe is located on Hurricane Lake in Benton, Arkansas. This residential community is developed by Ted Vantassel of V2 Development . Phase 1 of this development is currently under construction. The lots on the lake are very large lots, lake lots average more than a half acre in size. There are several estate size lots on the lake over an acre. The Pointe is a private gated community in the Bryant School District. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water and storm drainage design. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided Land Surveying and Construction Staking throughout the development.
