Dawson’s Pointe is located off of Lombard Road in Bryant, Arkansas. This residential community is developed by Bull Development. This subdivision will have lots approximately 85′ x 120′ and is located in the Bryant School District. Hope Consulting provided engineering including grading, drainage, water and storm drainage design. Hope Consulting, Inc. provided Land Surveying and Construction Staking throughout the development. Hope Consulting also provided all construction management and Community Representation needed to get this subdivision through the approval process.
